The GED Café Preparation Program is available to anyone 16 years of age or older who is seeking a GED credential. The courses are blended, flexible, and individualized to each students’ needs. Coffee and snacks are provided free of charge.
The GED Café is provided at two convenient locations:

We offer open registration: Just come in during GED Café hours with the registration fee and get started the same day! Once registered, you may attend any GED Café session during open hours.

Pearson Vue Official Testing (GED Testing)
Our Certified Pearson Vue Testing Center provides Pearson Vue exams such as the GED Official Testing.
We provide Official GED Tests in English and Spanish.

EducatorU GED Professional Development
EducatorU is Professional Development for GED Educators. The goal of EducatorU is to build community connections and strengthen GED Preparation and Testing best practices in our community.
Those who attend EducatorU meetings are provided with screenings of GED Testings Service’s Tuesdays for Teachers PD Webinars, resource-sharing and insights through forum-style discussions, and light refreshments.Contact Andrea Smith Fein >
Partnered with Western Michigan’s Cooley Law School, Jubilee Jobs hosts 4th Saturday Access to Justice Workshops each month. The workshops are free and open to the public; no appointment necessary, on a first come first served basis.
Staff will be available to assist with justice services in the following areas:
- Registry Appeals
- Records Expungement
- Housing Justice
Partnered with Believe 2 Become, the Summer Learning Academy provides quality academic programming. The Summer Learning Academy is available to eligible Middle and High School students.
In Summer Learning Academies, students gain measurable weeks of learning by completing essential courses, improving math skills, reading books, performing music, taking field trips, designing publications, and more.
Employment Services Collaborative
Beginning in 2015, Jubilee Jobs joined forces with Goodwill Industries, Hope Network, Women’s Resource Center, Hispanic Center of Western Michigan, Literacy Center of West Michigan, United Church Outreach Ministry, and Disability Advocates of Kent County to provide essential employment services to our community.
The goal of the Employment Services Collaborative is to provide a network of employment support. Each of the partner organizations provide a door to all collaborative services.
Men’s Wearhouse Suit Locker
The Men’s Wearhouse Suit Locker benefits at-risk men transitioning into the workforce. Our suit locker is available to anyone who is in need of a suit.

Little Free Library
The goal of Little Free Library is to promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges worldwide and to build a sense of community as we share skills, creativity and wisdom across generations. There are nearly 40,000 Little Free Library book exchanges around the world, bringing curbside literacy home and sharing millions of books annually.
Jubilee Jobs’ Little Free Library, colorful decorated by Jubilee Staff, houses academic, religious, and employment readiness literature. Please come in to our main lobby and take a book – to borrow or to keep!
